What the contract does
Visits at the agreed frequency cover planters, beds and plants people can touch. The point is plant health, and that pupils are not dealing with dead branches or pests.

Kwun Tong school garden maintenance
HF Green provides ongoing garden maintenance for a school in Kwun Tong: pruning, feeding, pest control and plant-health checks so the outdoor areas stay usable. This is not green-wall construction and not the LCSD Greening School Subsidy Scheme.

What it does not do
HF Green does not apply for a government greening grant, does not do tree works, and does not describe this as a mall-style green wall. A living wall or on-site plant care would be quoted separately.
